Regular Orders
Regular Alterra Roast orders ship by Standard Ground. Shipping is $5.99 for one-time orders at or below $35, and free for one-time orders over $35.
Delivery timing will depend on the shipping method selected, your location, carrier operations, and order volume at the time of purchase. Shipping estimates are provided as a convenience and are not guaranteed.
Subscription Shipment Options
Alterra Roast subscriptions are available in three delivery frequencies so customers can choose the rhythm that best matches how they enjoy coffee:

What Shipping Method Is Used for Subscriptions?
All subscription orders include free Standard Ground shipping. Recurring subscription orders are prepared according to the cadence you selected and shipped using ground service unless otherwise arranged with support.

Order Processing Time
We work to process orders as quickly as possible. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, and promotional periods. Subscription orders are processed according to the delivery frequency you selected at sign-up.
Orders are not considered shipped until they have been handed to the carrier and tracking information becomes available.
Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Alterra Roast is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information entered at checkout.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, contact us as quickly as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing.
Tracking and Delivery
Once an order ships, tracking information will be made available when supported by the carrier. Delivery times are determined by the selected shipping method and the carrier’s operations. Delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, or events outside our control may affect final delivery timing.
Shipping Delays and Carrier Issues
While we work hard to prepare orders promptly, Alterra Roast is not responsible for carrier-related delays after a package has been shipped. If a shipment appears delayed, lost, or misdelivered, please contact the carrier first when possible and then reach out to our support team so we can review the order with you.
Damaged or Incorrect Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Including clear photos of the packaging and items received can help us resolve the issue more quickly.
